PDFs use two different passwords. An owner password sets permission flags — no printing, no copying — while a user password encrypts the file so it cannot be opened at all. This tool removes owner-level restrictions from files you can already open.
It is not a password cracker. If the document demands a password before displaying a single page, its content is genuinely encrypted and cannot be recovered without that password.
Only use it on documents you own or are authorised to modify; permission flags often exist for a contractual reason.
