Convert iPhone HEIC photos to a single PDF (free & private)

Turn camera-roll HEIC shots into a shareable PDF without sending them to a stranger's server.

Why HEIC?

HEIC (High-Efficiency Image Container) cuts file size roughly in half versus JPEG with the same visual quality. The downside: many tools, including some PDF converters, still don't read it.

The browser shortcut

  1. Open the HEIC to PDF tool.
  2. Drop your .heic photos straight from the Photos app or AirDrop.
  3. Reorder if you want a specific page order.
  4. Click Convert to PDF — done.

Under the hood, heic2any decodes the photos to JPEG inside your browser, then pdf-lib lays them out one per page on A4.

Tips

  • For receipts, scan with the mobile scanner instead — it auto-crops and boosts contrast.
  • For huge batches, do a compress pass after to keep file size friendly for email.
